IMA is an international group whose core business is the design and implementation of assistance services, from 24/7 medical emergencies anywhere in the world, to prevention services and day-to-day support, including roadside and home assistance.
Founded in 1981 at the initiative of three mutual insurers seeking to strengthen their offerings through combining them with assistance services, IMA already counts six Euresa members among its shareholders, either of its umbrella organization or its local subsidiaries.
