  • Integrate these reviews into the Matmut website in a structured way so that they appear in search results.
  • Improve Matmut’s online reputation.

  • Inclusion of the average overall rating on the Matmut website homepage.
  • Creation of a page dedicated to these reviews on the Matmut website

First Results & Lessons learnt

  • Overall rating and ratings by product are very positive.
  • Despite the defined scope of the survey (i.e. post-online subscription), the policyholders surveyed sometimes use this channel to express their various grievances with Matmut

Difficulties encountered & Remainng Challenges

  • Analysis of the impact of these reviews, from Avis Vérifiés and, more broadly, review sites on the responses generated by generative AI.
