In this workshop, we will discuss examples of structuring and aligning innovation departments and initiatives to drive creative projects forward.

To do so, we will draw on three different case studies:

• The DEVK innovation lab “Zukunftswerkstatt”
• “LBeta”, the innovation hub of LB Forsikring
• The “Innovation & Prospective Division” of the Matmut Group

Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to accelerate innovation processes and achieve sustainable, impactful results.
