The presentation will describe MAE Assurances’ strategic project to digitise both policy underwriting and claims reporting using AI. The system offers a conversational chatbot that allows members to take out policies online via an interactive and intuitive dialogue, as well as a self-service claims reporting module that includes automatic document recognition and preliminary claims analysis. The presentation will focus on the claims reporting and management process for members.
