FACILITATOR
Simone TONTI
Head of Digital Health, Unipol

This session aims to explore the use cases that promote health not just through platforms and AI, but by embedding digital wellbeing into the daily habits of people and the culture of organizations. By simulating a real-world decision-making scenario, participants will experience the complexity of implementing digital health solutions that resonate both structurally and culturally.

The discussion will focus on the following topics:

  • Trust: how to build digital tools that earn the confidence of both users and organizations?
  • Transformation: how to shift from pilot to real, scaled implementation?
  • Data Fluency: how to turn complex health data into understandable, useful insights?
  • Stakeholder Buy-In: how to align internal and external actors for adoption?

Participants are expected to act as key stakeholders within a simulated organization and negotiate priorities, concerns, and opportunities linked to digital health implementation.

The discussions during this session will enable everyone to reframe digital health as an organizational practice—strategic, cultural, and participative—rather than a stand-alone solution.

AI-Powered Digital Health: Enhancing Service Delivery & User Engagement

This session explores how AI is being seamlessly integrated into the delivery of health services across three strategic axes: innovation of the customer proposition, operational efficiency, and user engagement. Through concrete use cases, we will demonstrate how AI tools are improving both the quality and accessibility of care: from a system that transforms unstructured medical reports into structured insights for operational teams and patient portals, to a conversational AI that manages appointment bookings across chat and phone, and an AI engine that assists in interpreting blood test results to provide immediate, user-friendly feedback.

From Pilot to Practice : AI-Based Health Audit for 100 Employees

This session will give you a behind-the-scenes look at a real-life project launched with a company for 100 employees. Over four months, an anonymous, AI-supported questionnaire gathered real-time data on key indicators such as stress, mental health, work-life balance, satisfaction, recognition, and employees’ ideas and needs. The AI generated actionable insights and a concise report for leadership. You will discover both the opportunities and challenges of using AI in employee well-being audits, and how data-driven analysis can support targeted improvements and a healthier work
