Following last FIDA meeting on 22nd September, in view of the results of the consultation of Euresa members, and after hearing the content of the Danish Presidency Note published on 28 August, participants agreed to focus advocacy efforts on the following 3 critical issues at the industrial and competitive level:

• The total exclusion of BigTechs/gatekeepers from FIDA, in line with the German proposal.
• Adequate and gradual implementation timelines.
• The exclusion of enriched and inferred data to prevent unfair competition and the undue transfer of know-how to competitors.
