Other Euresa structures

EURESA is composed of three separate bodies.  In addition to the European Economic Interest Group, two other structures have been created, namely:

• Euresa Holding (a company registered under Luxembourg law), created in 1990, designed for joint investment and support for the creation of " sister " companies in other European countries;
  
  
• Euresa Institute (an association under the French law of 1901), created in 2005, designed for research and training in the societal field, particularly regarding social protection.
