Filia-MAIF Joint stock company created in 1988, Filia-MAIF is open without legal restriction to all persons (with the exception of the legal entities who follow the founding values of MAIF). Filia-MAIF sells the same policies as MAIF. The staff and technical facilities of the two bodies are identical. At 31st December 2009, Filia-MAIF had 811,190 policy holders.
Parnasse–MAIF Joint stock company created in 1984 by MAIF and the Casden Banque Populaire, Parnasse-MAIF develops and manages life insurance policies for savings and retirement and is open to all. At 31st December 2009, Parnasse-MAIF had 292,763 policyholders and managed more than 6.2 billion euros in assets.
Atlantis-Seguros MAIF took a majority share in the capital of this Spanish company in 1990, along with MACIF and UNIPOL. Atlantis is not an ordinary joint stock company; its field of activity is based on the 800 000 members of the workers' trade union CCOO.
Atlantis-Vida The life insurance subsidiary of Atlantis-Seguros, this company basically manages group policies.
Fondation MAIF Recognised as a charitable body, the MAIF Foundation finances scientific work designed to improve knowledge about and prevention of risks.
Prévention MAIF An association under the Law of 1901, created in 1980, MAIF Prevention undertakes prevention and information activities in the fields of traffic and household safety.
IMA (Inter-Mutuelles Assistance) Created in 1980, IMA provides assistance to policyholders on travel (for business or pleasure) anywhere in the world.

Séréna

Séréna, a joint stock company established in 1990, specialises in assistance and support for accident victims compensated by the MAIF Group. On behalf of the MAIF Group, Séréna deals with recovery from injury or repair of material damage resulting from an accident. Séréna also manages the OVP service of assistance to individuals (Organisation for practical living), which was developed by the MAIF Group with its partners MACIF and the Groupe Caisse d'Epargne.

Altima

Established in 2000, Altima specialises in the sale of automobile insurance over the telephone. It expanded its activities to include home insurance in 2002.

Maif Solutions Financières

Established in 2007, MSF provides services to policyholders and customers of the MAIF Group’s companies, mainly by long distance through various forms of telecommunication.

SOCRAM Banque

Established in 2008, it carries out banking and insurance intermediation with the policyholders and customers of the mutual companies, insurance companies, their subsidiaries and their employees.

Credit Immobilier Direct

Bought in April 2009 by MAIF, Credit Immobilier Direct offers property credit 100% Maif.

SFEREN

Set up at the end of 2009 SFEREN is a strategic alliance between MAIF, MACIF and MATMUT. It aims at improving the efficienc, reducing the costs and optimizing the solvency margin of the partners.
